My goal is to be your partner in navigating the complexities of your unique health history.

Pronouns: She/Her.

I am a naturopathic doctor licensed to practice in the state of California specializing in women’s health, pelvic pain, and mental health concerns. I completed my naturopathic medical degree in Portland, Oregon from the National University of Natural Medicine. In addition to my education in naturopathic primary care, I have completed training in midwifery and natural childbirth, the Fertility Awareness Method, hormone replacement therapy, gender-affirming healthcare, fertility, preconception care, and pelvic floor therapy.

Following school, I completed a residency at Sierra Tucson where I received mentorship and additional training to support patients during all aspects of their life, including more difficult experiences such as trauma and chronic pain. During residency, I learned how to best support, listen to, and care for patients experiencing depression, anxiety, as well as how to address trauma in an informed and compassionate way.

After experiencing chronic pelvic pain myself, I wanted to be able to offer my patients comprehensive treatment options in addition to naturopathic modalities. I trained through the Herman and Wallace Institute in pelvic floor therapy in order to be able to offer my patients high-quality relief for their pelvic floor concerns.

I believe that holding space for people during important times in their lives is crucial to health and well-being. I use an evidence-based approach to health with an emphasis on holistic and foundational care. My aim is to form a collaborative health partnership with each patient. I work with you as an individual to understand all of the components that make up your unique health history, including mental and emotional aspects. With this information, I am able to create a unique treatment plan that takes your health goals into consideration. I strive to create a judgment-free space in the clinic and approach healthcare from a trauma-informed, weight-neutral, queer, and gender-inclusive perspective.
